In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down Jennia Herold D'Lima, one of the most joyful people I have met.
Jennia is shining in her life and a big part of her radiance comes from the love she has for her work. But Jennia had to make a tough decision when she was 30 to make a complete career shift from Bookkeeper/CPA to Book Editor.
Today Jennia D'Lima! Jennia's story is an important one because so many of us stay stuck in decisions we made because we fear what other people will think of us. We wonder if we are being reckless or should "tough it out a little longer". If you have this feeling of dread as you go to work every day (just like Jennia did) then this podcast is for you! Jennia's story is a true testament to the joy we can find when we honour our NO and Say Yes to our YES!
Tune in and let’s get inspired to trust our intuition, embrace the unknown, and create a life that feels truly aligned.

In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Anne Trager, founder of The Potential Academy, to talk about the incredible ways intuition has shaped her life and career.
Anne and I dove deep into her journey from Ohio to France, how she started multiple businesses (including training as a chef and launching a publishing house!), and how listening to her gut led her to find her true path—both in work and in love. I was so inspired by Anne’s honesty about the messy, confusing, and beautiful process of following your intuition, even when it doesn’t make sense on paper.
In our conversation, Anne and I explore:
The subtle ways intuition shows up and how we can learn to trust it
Navigating those “what’s next?” moments and big life transitions
Why confusion is actually a powerful part of the process
The importance of giving yourself time to heal and grow
How to let go of other people’s stories so you can find your own
Practical tips for reclaiming your time, energy, and focus
Anne’s story is a beautiful reminder that our next step is already inside us, even if we can’t see the whole path yet. If you’re feeling stuck, searching for clarity, or ready to take your own leap, I know you’ll find so much wisdom and encouragement in this episode.
Tune in and let’s get inspired to trust our intuition, embrace the unknown, and create a life that feels truly aligned.

Today's episode is a special one for me. Amanda Hofman is the visionary behind the company Go-to-Market who created the beautifully designed Merch for Say Yes to Your YES! Thanks to their team, the Say Yes movement is expanding out in the world, helping me change lives in bigger ways.
In this episode, Amanda talks about how she followed a nudge to explore a business, which she knew nothing about. This business that we now know as Go-to-Market!
Amanda's gentle curiosity and willingness to take a next steps inspires us to not overthink where our intuition is trying to guide us and instead stay open to the potential on the other side of that next step.

Today’s episode is a sensitive topic and one that truly needs to be discussed.
In this episode, Anne courageously and honestly shares her journey of healing after sexual assault she experienced and how her intuition helped guide her to the healing she needed.
She highlights the importance and purpose of healing, a journey many of us are scared to embark on. She reminds us how anxiety can show up in the body and why our brain associates the “bad” and scary feeling of that anxiety as a danger zone to step into, when truly those feelings are guide posts to the healing that needs to take place.
We all have a past that has affected us in some way, that requires de-conditioning and healing, yet the idea of going deep into past pain can be something that paralyzes us.
May Anne’s story inspire you to embark on your own healing journey so that you can experience the freedom and peace that you deserve.
If you are a victim of sexual assault, we encourage you to reach out to someone and get the support you need. Below are some resources that Anne has shared to support the healing journey related to sexual assault:

Let’s talk about taking bold action for a moment! This episode is all about having the courage to trust your gut, even when it involves the fear of FOMO (fear of missing out). Becky Mollenkamp shows us how focusing on what truly matters to your heart can bring BIG success.
When Becky knew that she wanted to work with entrepreneurs who care deeply about equity, social justice and who are challenging capitalist norms in their own businesses, she also knew that she would need to make big changes in her own business.
This came with the fear of losing clients, subscribers and getting some backlash, but that didn’t stop her. Although the transition was bumpy and uncomfortable, her intuition led her directly to doing the high impact work that her soul was ready for.
This story is one of courage and clarity, something so many of us dream of having. May it inspire you to take your next leap, even if it feels terrifying. Becky’s story is proof that it’s all worth it!

Raquel's story is a perfect example of how we can live intuitively without being reckless. Although she took big leaps like moving to NYC from Columbia with NO job, she continually checked in with herself and her nervous system to make sure she was respecting her boundaries and giving herself what she needed in each moment.
On top of moving to NYC and starting an incredibly success business in the arts world, collaborating with artists' estates for commercial opportunities, Raquel put herself out there in the dating world to find her future husband even though she was scared. She got really clear on her needs, desires and boundaries and took the leap. She found her match, went on one date (stocked him before going - like a smart woman would do lol) and a few years later, they were married!
The most important lesson that Raquel learned was to never say yes because you are scared of missing out on something. Make sure it's a true, full body YES and it feels right to you.

Veronica Drake's story is one of Divine intervention. Although she felt that her life was no longer worth living, her guides felt differently and intervened in a way that made Veronica completely shift her perception.
Chills went through my spine as I heard Veronica describe how, after one life-changing event, she went from complete despair to deep purpose.
This is one episode where I broke down in tears because I was so deeply touched. I have experienced firsthand Veronica's intuitive gifts, and they are quite astonishing.
May this episode remind you of the gifts that are awaiting you in your life and the deep healing and transformation that can happen in those darker moments!

Who doesn't melt for a romantic eat, pray love story? Well, this is one of those heart-melting stories, only with olive oil and an inspiring Italian family.
Ciccio's olive oil was a well-kept secret until Laura, their daughter-in-law, took a taste of it. Stunned by how incredibly delicious it was compared to what she was used to buying on the shelf at the grocery store, she knew she needed to bring her husband's family-farmed olive oil to the world.
Laura's story is one many of us have dreamed of experiencing. It's inspiring, romantic and so beautiful to see how she helped honour their family's legacy.
Now Ciccio's olive oil (and many other amazing products) are not only available at their family farm table in Italy, but they can be enjoyed world-wide!
BONUS: Laura is extending a 10% off code to any listeners who would like to try the oil. Enter coupon code "intuition10" to try their products here.
